".
. . future generations will be told about the Lord.
They will proclaim His righteousness to the people
yet unborn. . . " –Psalms 22:30-31.
A
wise person once observed that were it not for parents,
pastors, and other dedicated Christians teaching the
Gospel to youth, the knowledge of life-saving grace
through faith in Jesus Christ would cease with the
present generation. In fact, you could say that "Christianity
is only one generation away from extinction."
Many
Christians in Texas thank God for all those in our
lives who have passed the torch of faith by providing
meaningful Christian witness and activities. It is
because of this, the staff and volunteers at LOMT
are determined to provide Christian witness, fellowship
and role-models for youngsters both now and well into
this century.
It
is because of this, that LOMT hopes you will consider
leaving a future gift to the ministry through a will,
estate or gift plan.
The
most traditional way to leave a gift is through a
bequest.(sublink) With a gift through your will or
living trust, you keep full use of your gift assets
during your life.
You
can also leave a future gift that in many cases will
allow you to receive an income while you are living,
avoid capital gains, estate or income tax, or provide
for your family after you are called for to Heaven.

Persons who designate a future estate gift to LOMT
also may be included as members of the John W. Behnken
Society (sublink) if they so wish.
Many
persons have found great satisfaction in designating
a bequest, estate or planned gift for LOMT. Testimonials(sublink)
bear witness to this
